| Stage 4 | Committee Membership decided, followed by weekly updates on the Committee?s progress. |
| Stage 5 | After 4 weeks, a conclusion is requested by the Parliament. If no conclusion, Chair may either abandon the committee or allow a specified amount of extra time. |
| Stage 6 | Parliament votes on proposal from the committee. |
| Stage 7 | Point taken to the relevant authority by the Chair. |
